Customize Your Closeout Report Visibility Settings

Tailor each closeout report to your feedlot’s needs by customizing closeout report visibility settings. Follow the steps below to get the most out of Performance Beef closeout reports.

Closeout Report Endpoint Visibility (On/Off):

1. Click on the Account Settings button on the top right corner of your Performance Beef account.
2. Scroll down to Report Settings and click the green Closeout Report Visibility Settings button.
3. Change the endpoints (values) that appear in your closeout reports by clicking the check-box next to each endpoint listed.
4. 1. Visible endpoints have a blue checkbox marked to the right of the pop-up window.
5. Click the green Save button on the bottom right corner when you are finished or move on to the steps below to continue.

Closeout Report Value Deads In/Deads Out Visibility:

1. Select all Deads In, Deads Out or both by clicking the checkbox directly under the Deads In or Deads Out heading.
2. If you want to customize your report by endpoint, check either one or both boxes to the right of the endpoint listed.
3. Click the green Save button on the bottom right corner when you are finished

Performance Beef closeout reports are defaulted to show most cost and projection values as a "Deads In" value. This means each value listed is factoring in the costs associated with cattle deaths in addition to those cattle still on feed. Any value set to "Deads Out" will exclude any costs associated with cattle that have died in the group. If you have a high death loss for a particular group, changing your visibility settings to view both calculations may help you determine how that group is performing.
