Can I archive old pens and groups?

If you have pens or groups no longer in use and do not want them visible on your account, you can easily archive them within Performance Beef at any time. Read the steps below to learn how to keep your pen and group lists updated.

Archiving Pens:

1. Click on the Pens tab on the left side of your Performance Beef account.
2. Click the red Manage Pens button. 
3. Click the - on the far right of the Pen ID. By doing this, the Pen ID will be moved to the Archived pens section.
   1. To unarchive a pen, click the + on the far right of the Pen ID, under the Archived pens section. 
4. Click the green Save button on the top left corner of the page.

1. Click the Account Settings button on the top right corner of your Performance Beef account.
2. Scroll down to Report Settings. 
3. Click the red Manage Groups button. 
4. Click the - on the far right of the Group ID. By doing this, the Group ID will be moved to the Archived groups section.
   1. To unarchive a group, click the + on the far right of the Group ID, under the Archived groups section. 
5. Click the green Save button on the top left corner of the page.
