We strongly recommend the use of cellular data when using the app on an iPhone or iPad. If you are only using Wifi, you run the risk of losing data.
We understand many of our producers are not always in a great area for a cellular connection. The iPads need a minimal amount of connection, both when you are done loading feed and delivering feed to send data to the cloud. If you don’t have a strong connection at this point, the system will save the information to your iPad until you reach a stronger connection.
