Building Yard Sheet Tables and Dashboards 

Adjusting Main Yard Sheet Filters

1. Click the Reports tab on the left side of your Performance Beef account.
2. Click the first drop-down box in the upper left corner and select Yard Sheets.
3. Click the second drop-down box in the upper left corner and select how you wish to run the yard sheet by either Pen, Groups or Owners. 
4. Click the Filters button with a gear icon in the upper right corner to customize the data points visible on the yard sheet. 
   1. Data points selected on the left side of each row are currently visible on the yard sheet. Click the checkbox to select or unselect as needed.
   2. Click and drag the dots to the left of each data point to toggle what order they are in.
   3. Hit save and the page will open to the new data selected

  5.  Click the Print button in the upper right corner to print the yard sheet or save it to your device.

1. 1. By default, there will be no page break on the printout. To have each group on a new page, click on the drop down box at the top of the page and select Between Groups.

  7.  Click Export CSV to download the report to your device.

Creating a New Yard Sheet Table

A yard sheet allows you to sort, adjust and filter any data point calculated in Performance Beef to bring your attention to areas that need it most. It helps you gather the information needed to have more meaningful conversations with employees, business partners and trusted advisors. 

1. Start by selecting "New Yard Sheet" in the top right corner of the page.

2. You can start from scratch or copy from an existing sheet and alter from there. Steps to build from there are as follows:

• Title in the "Report Name" field 

• Chose a report type: Whole, On Feed, Sold
• Select desired Data Points 
• Reorganize and refine filters 
• Once all selections are made, select "Create"

Dashboards 

Building custom dashboards within Yard Sheets Performance Beef allows for even more custom reporting that allows for continual data-driven decisions across an operation

Within a Dashboard one can build multiple different graphs and formulate desired data points in order to reference back on what's important within each operation with the goal of making the most impactful decisions based on performance data within an account. 

To build a custom dashboard:

• Toggle to Dashboard within the Yard Sheet section of the Reports tab
• Select Edit Dashboard
• Click Add Section/Title
  • When toggled to Section there are various different formats to choose from to build the structure and look of your reports 
  • When toggled to Title a type-in box allows you to simple title the current Dashboard being built
    • Select Add once that title is chosen and typed out
• Within each of the elements built in a section there is the option to title it as well along with selecting which data is desired to pull in and how it's weighted
