5. Click the green Refresh button (two arrows in a circle) in the upper right corner to run to gather the most up-to-date data. "Last Updated: Date + Time" is represented to ensure the latest refresh is live.
6. Click the green Print button in the upper right corner to print the yard sheet or save it to your computer.
-
- By default, there will be no page break on the printout. To have each group on a new page, click on the white drop down box at the top of the page and select Between Groups.
Note: After clicking the green Print button again, we recommend changing the layout or orientation of the yard sheet to landscape rather than portrait.
7. Click Export CSV to download the yard sheet to your computer.
A yard sheet allows you to sort, adjust and filter any data point calculated in Performance Beef to bring your attention to areas that need it most. It helps you gather the information needed to have more meaningful conversations with employees, business partners and trusted advisors.
Creating a New Yard Sheet
Wanting to continually refer back to the same data set or performance records for a certain customer or across the operation? Creating custom yard sheets allows customers to do just that.
1. Start by selecting "New Yard Sheet" in reports under the yard sheet drop down selection
2. The yard sheet can be given a specific title and can be filtered down by whole, on feed or sold group information
3. Then in Filters & Settings the yard sheet can be tailored down to specific groups, pens, owners and even % ownership
4. There are then over 100 data points that are selectable to be represented when customizing the report
5. Once desired selections are made, hit the create button and then that sheet will be stored in the report drop down.
6. Easily manage previously made custom yard sheets by selecting the red Delete button.
