Stay current on daily happenings on your feedlot and feed inventory availability with the help of a daily Delivery Report and Inventory Alerts. Read the steps below to learn more about them and how to set yours up today.
A daily Delivery Report includes the following:
- List of tracked loads from the day. Each ingredient target and loaded amount and pen target and delivered amount will appear with a completion percentage.
- Any manual delivery changes made during loading or delivering.
- Any cattle movements recorded on that date
- All bunk scores. If they were not taken, a N/A will appear.
To set up Delivery Reports:
- Click the Account Settings button on the top right corner of your Performance Beef account.
- Scroll down to Email Settings.
- Under Delivery Report in the white box that says Email, type an email address to receive a daily delivery report.
- Click on the drop-down box to the right of the email to select the time of day the report is sent.
- Click the green Add button on the left side.
- Repeat steps 3 - 5 to send a delivery report to multiple email addresses.
- Once you change your settings, the Account Settings tab will save automatically.
To set up Feed Inventory report:
- Click the Account Settings button on the upper right corner of your Performance Beef account.
- Scroll down to the Email Settings section near the bottom.
- Below the Feed Inventory box, enter the email address you want the alert sent to and select the time of day you want the email to be sent.
- Click the green Add button on the left side of the screen. You can send alerts to as many email addresses as you wish by repeating step 3.

Feed inventory alerts allow the Performance Beef platform to automatically notify you, or anyone else you have listed under email settings, when your inventory drops to a specified level.
Performance Beef automatically subtracts the amount of the feed used each day from your inventory after it is delivered using the Delivery App. However, it is important to manually update your inventory whenever you get new feed delivered.
